Note that only a professional diagnosis actually someone for you, but here are some information about each:

Asperger syndrome is usually caused by a continuing deterioration of the social and professional life. These people may be interested to find friends and socialize, but not good for "read" the people in the verbal and nonverbal. You can only have a few friends, but probably will be by most people as unusual.

Autism is a severe form of Asperger's syndrome. In this disease, the symptoms are essentially the same, except the big difference is a glaring oversight to make friends, and social and there must be some kind of language and communication problem.

I hope that helps.

Hello,
I know it's a long answer, but stay with me, autism is a big problem, so I've tried, it can be as simple as I ...

There are many forms of autism, people with autism are in a kind of scale, depending on the severity of the symptoms made, he calls the "autistic spectrum".

Autism is a developmental disorder that some children are affected, either from birth or childhood, and while all cases, any action will be together in the unique spectrum "autism" with three major problems. Everyone on the autism spectrum has a degree of difficulty with social communication, social interaction and imagination
Children and adults with autism do not "look" disabled, and are often labeled as spectators simply bad. Autism remains until adulthood, and although there is some requests for the recovery of autism, tend to reflect these requirements in improved performance rather than a full recovery.

If your friend is not diagnosed, and then simply as a relationshipYour doctor. The doctor will be able to move in the direction of a specialist autism.

Hope this helps, and much more, the EU, whether for more info:)
