calorieking.com is a good site. And also, I would say you should probably take in about 1200 calories. but this is not too good for your body. as long as you eat healthy food is too good.

If you want to lose weight, you need fewer calories than you use .. each pound is worth 3500 calories .. less than 500 calories per day during the week @ the end of the week, they lost their # 1 .. Does not seem much, but look @ # .. This butter is great .. So, start with a diet of 1,800 calories, if you win or stay the same, falling to 1,500 calories. Who do not share the weight of night is necessary to remove .. slowly, it is to remain much cleaner and easier, if slowly. You can do it .. Good luck.

Calorieking.com is awesome! This is a database search of power, does not contain the only food, but most restaurants. I'm on a diet of 1,000 calories as well and I eat more vegetables, cereal Special K Bars, lean meats and 100 packages of snack-Cal. 200 Cal I eat for breakfast, snack 100, 300 lunches, 100 loaves of bread and 300 for dinner. Hope this helps.
