Vacant Land Purchase And Sale Agreement Can I Get Out Of A Building Construction Contract And An Agreement To Purchase Vacant Land?

Can I get out of a building construction contract and an agreement to purchase vacant land? - vacant land purchase and sale agreement

My husband and I recently had a new building contract with another contract for the purchase of open spaces in new development, which will be built. We are in the process of implementing the mortgage for new construction and has not yet been approved. Since the signing of the treaties we have signed in recent times, the first house in the development. We are not satisfied with the quality of the work of our producer and is no longer with him. We want to build the house with another manufacturer in another development. The country is still free and the building of the house is to begin after our mortgage. The contract for the purchase of vacant land, said the sale to the buyer will be subject to financing. As I said earlier, we have applied only to subjects, and not yet closed. I would appreciate any input to know about this issue.

Because the contract is subject to financing, you can not qualify for financing. But the contract, you will probably require a good faith effort to make acquiring funds.

You can "get out" of a contract. It's just a question of how much it will cost. It depends on the precise terms of his contract. Take it to a local real estate board.
