If they are made of plastic, I filled my bathtub with hot water and pour it on bleach. Then I pulled the shutters and let soak for atleast 30 minutes. It is also useful if you have a hand-held shower head so you can rinse. I need to shake as much water as possible and then just hang. Pour a little water, but I have a towel to dry under the blinds.
